Unexpected compressor failure on one of the hottest weeks this summer caused us the financial burden of a spur-of-moment new A/C system.  Patriot offered better prices for the same exact name-brand units and SEER rating as well-known companies in the area.  Jake, the company owner, was prompt and arrived with, and worked with his crew--leadership at its best!  Jake proved to be hugely knowledgeable--showing us a glaring mold problem on the inside cooling unit, in addition to several installation errors made by the previous company.  Jake offered but did not push or try to sell us mold remediation options.  Can't say enough good about Jake and his company, Patriot-- he's exactly what all homeowners want in knowledge, service and equipment value, and honesty and promptness.

Jake and his crew were amazing! Patriot came highly recommended to us though we’d never previously heard of them. Jake (the owner) personally bid on the project and walked us through options for replacing the furnace/water heater, and air conditioner (as we had planned to replace them all at the same time as they were all 20+ years old, and had selected three companies from whom to receive a bid). He spent an hour with us, answered every question, and provided a quote in writing. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Once we decided on Patriot, we had an installation date within days. On installation day, Jake arrived with his crew right on time and installed/supervised the installation work, had all parts, and the work was done efficiently and timely. Warranty and rebate information was provided. We also had them install a whole-home humidifier and UV air cleaner. Every member of the Patriot team in our home that day was professional, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated their willingness to answer questions and ensure we were happy with our service. They left their workspace clean and clearly marked. I will recommend them to any family member, friend, or stranger any day of the week.

What’s separating Patriot from other companies, is that I have insurance coverage on the system that Cody and Jake are helping me navigate by providing photos and information that is helping me through that process. We had our thermostat go out right as some terribly cold weather was rolling in, and Jake came out to our house to help us with an inspection and recommendations. Patriot had been out a couple of times previously to help us prolong and repair and we'd been very happy with their service and help. We ended up needing an entirely new HVAC system this time, and Jake gave us the best recommendations for our home's square footage and what our goals and budget were. We were able to not only get the best American Standard furnace, AC, and humidifier that we wanted, but also a wireless thermostat and air scrubber. They had been scheduled to come out three days later for installation but ended up squeezing us in after 1 day due to the cold weather rolling in without having to be asked. Mike and Cody did our installation, and we couldn't have asked for nicer or more professional people, they did an amazing job. I cannot recommend Patriot Heating & AC enough, they are absolutely honest and wonderful people, with tremendous value, and excellent quality of work!

We got several bids and Patriot was the lowest priced bid but that's not the only factor we considered. The owner, Jake is a wizard at HVAC. The system they installed was all American made and the owner is a hardworking young military veteran who is running a great business. He personally answers his phone/texts and can take care of any emergency needs I might have (which with a brand new furnace/AC--it's going to be a while!). I can without a doubt say that I will be referring this company to others, that's how happy we have been with their service.

I really can't say enough great things about Patriot.  I used Jake to install a new furnace and AC about 5 or 6 years ago when he was just getting started.  I was so impressed that back then, even as a one-man show just getting started, he was so professional, had a professional-looking truck and forms and shirts.  I've seen some guys who are just starting with a magnet slapped on an old truck.  Anyway, at the time they were the 3rd or 4th bid and were the lowest, add that to the first impression and I was sold.  Jake did a great job.  I've had him back every year, twice a year for maintenance and he now has a tech named Mike who works for him.  Mike is equally great.  Very professional.  We've had some issues that needed repairs (luckily covered under my warranty since I do the maintenance) and they have all been handled promptly.  I can count on Jake to answer my call or text any time and come out asap.  I love the fact that he keeps on me about my maintenance appointments because honestly, I would forget, and then my warranty would be out of date.  I highly recommend Patriot to everyone who asks (and many who don't!)

Jake (the owner) and Mike are great! Knowledgeable, on time, trustworthy, neat, responsive. I could go on and on. We purchased 2 new HVAC systems and 2 hot water heaters for our home. We spoke with 3 companies, and I am confident we chose the best! Jake is a veteran and owns a small business. Both of which we like to support. He uses all American-made parts and gave us the best (beyond the manufacturers) warranty. Our units were installed in warm weather, so when it got cold and the humidifiers didn't work, Jake was right back to take care of it. (Was just a wiring issue) I highly recommend Jake and his team. I'm looking forward to seeing them again in the spring when they come to do maintenance.
